Local Kids Show Their Talent

Ten local kids might be headed for the bright lights and big cities following their auditions at the Wheeee 3 ! Productions, Ltd. modeling and talent showcase held in February.

Noted Hollywood, New York, and Las Vegas agents and talent scouts were on hand to audition talented individuals in the categories of modeling, acting, dancing, and singing. The results were as follows:

Bryant Culler, a 13-year-old McGuffey Elementary School student, and Warren resident, representing Natalie's Dance Co. was scheduled to audition March 31 in New York City for the hit Broadway show "Billy Elliott" and will also audition for the lead role in the upcoming Broadway show "Twist"..

Nine-year-old Isaiah Lyles of Warren, was submitted to audition for a new TV pilot called "Kidz Bop" in Los Angeles.

Cody Nemes of Warren, and Brandi Booth of Cleveland, had original songs and CD's submitted to music producers by Agent Tracy Dwyer, agent for Miranda Cosgrove of "iCarly".

Elle English, 14, from Southington, was recruited by the Styles Management Group.

Howland's Grace Vega, five years old, and Rasheid Harris, a six-year-old from Warren, were recruited by Funny Faces Today of New York City for print and commercial work.

Taylor Hamm, an 11-year-old from Cortland, was invited to audition for Cirque du Soleil in Las Vegas.

Tyler and Spencer Barker of Bristolville, were invited to Los Angeles and New York City for representation.

Kayla Kaster, 16, of Cortland, was recruited by Envy Talent.
